Do I need a card to start?

Yes. Stripe securely collects your card details when you start the 30-day trial, but nothing is charged that day, and your chosen plan only starts after 30 days unless you cancel first.

What happens if I go over my conversation allowance?

Top-up packs start at £12€15$15, or you can move up a plan. Upgrades take effect straight away; downgrades take effect at your next renewal.

Is there a contract or a notice period?

There’s no minimum term or notice period. You can cancel whenever you like.

How does annual billing work?

Annual plans give you two months free, so you pay for ten months and get twelve, and the switch above every plan shows both prices.

Are the prices shown with VAT?

No, every monthly and annual price on this page is ex VAT.

Can I run more than one chatbot?

Yes. Starter, Grow and Core include one, Scale includes two, and extra chatbots are £40€50$50 a month.
