Yes, every plan comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you decide Holp’s not for you, just let us know within the first 14 days and we’ll refund you in full — no questions asked. We might ask for feedback, but it’s totally optional. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

If you join during our early access period, your discounted rate is locked in for the lifetime of your subscription. For new customers, pricing may change in the future — but we guarantee all current plans for at least 12 months.

No — setup is included with both Starter and Pro plans. For now, every new Holp account is onboarded by our team, so you’ll get hands-on help to get everything working smoothly. Pro includes a deeper, more tailored setup, and a dedicated account manager for ongoing support.
Starter includes 24/7 help from Holp (our AI assistant), and if Holp can’t help, you’ll be routed to a friendly human during UK business hours — at no extra cost.
